●     Next working day - if purchased before 12pm (midday).

●     Free to UK Mainland addresses only.

●     Delivered via DPD courier service.

 

Brother PR and VR Machines

●     Machines are delivered by Sew-Works.

●     Delivery is between 5-10 working days.

●     We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time.

 

Embroidery Software

●     Delivery is 1 - 5 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page)

●     Delivered via DPD courier service.

 

Machine Accessories and Haberdashery

●     Delivery is 1 - 5 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page)

●     Delivered 1st Class via Royal Mail.

 

Horn Furniture

●     Large cabinets - Delivery is up to 28 working days

●     Small cabinets, chairs and accessories - Delivery is up to 10 working days (do not require installation)

●     Delivered and installed by Horn’s team of delivery drivers.
